Amivie Expands In-Home Care Services with Acquisition of Atrio Home Health Care LLC
Research Triangle Park, NC – October 6, 2025 – Amivie, a leading provider of home and community-based services across six states, is proud to announce the acquisition of Atrio Home Health, a Minnesota provider of in-home care services. As part of this partnership, Atrio Home Health will join CustomCARE CBC, LLC, Amivie’s Minnesota-based provider agency, strengthening services while preserving Atrio’s trusted commitment to quality care.
