Amivie Expands In-Home Care Services with Acquisition of Apex Home Care LLC
Research Triangle Park, NC – September 8, 2025 – Amivie, a leading provider of home and community-based services across six states, is proud to announce the acquisition of Apex Home Care, a Minnesota provider of in-home care services. As part of this partnership, Apex Home Care will join CustomCARE CBC, LLC, Amivie’s Minnesota-based provider agency, strengthening services while preserving Apex’s trusted commitment to quality care.
